Shipping & Returns


We strive to ship in a timely manner. All orders that are placed before the end of the business day will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after hours will be shipped out the next business day. Back orders are shipped per customer instructions, i.e. refund or wait on restock and order fulfillment. Domestic orders will receive free standard shipping! If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, a package has been opened or re-taped, you MUST file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact your Sales Representative with the reference number assigned by the carrier and keep all packing materials for 5 days and we will process the claim for you and work on getting you your replacement.

Domestic Orders

Free Shipping method will include UPS, FedEx and U.S.P.S. standard deliveries and orders will arrive within 2 – 5 business days. Canada orders ship via local post or UPS directly to your door and arrive within 3 – 10 business days.

2nd Day Express orders will arrive within 2 – 3 business days and the cost is $9.95 per order.

Next Day Air orders will arrive within 1 – 2 business days and the cost is $15.95 per order.

International Orders

Ships via Fedex, DHL, UPS, USPS, DPD and other local carriers depending on your country starting at $8.95 per order. Orders arrive within 4 – 12 business days with tracking.

Please note, most orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.

International orders must be shipped to the cardholders address.

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders can be returned within 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We understand customers must open items before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the product back to the address below in its original packaging. You can expect a refund within 5 to 7 days of us receiving your returned product, or you may also receive a store credit for the exact amount spent to purchase another product. You are responsible for return label costs when sending products back to us.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
